How to use:

1. Use morning and or night on clean skin.

2. Apply The Grace Face Oil to provide slip.

3. Hold the Gua Sha flat against the skin.

4. Glide in gentle strokes following your natural contours.

5. Use downward strokes for lymphatic drainage.

6. Use upward strokes to lift and sculpt.

7. Repeat three to five times per area.

8. Clean your Gua Sha after each use and store safely.
